July 18…”Fighting the Fight” Poker Run starting at Sleeping Bear Motor Sports-Interlochen, ends in Rapid City. $15 per hand, 2 extra cards=$5 each. After cards are drawn, anyone can stay by paying the $15 gate fee which includes free rustic camping (Saturday only) and entertainment. July 18…12th Annual Kayak for a Cause on Walloon Lake. There will be two teams that will start from Bear Cove Marina.  One will be taking a shorter route and the other a longer route. July 26…Flag Party - Second annual LGBTQ+ Alliance of Petoskey pride event, gather (socially distanced and masks REQUIRED) at Pennsylvania Park downtown Petoskey from 5-6 Pride flags will be handed to our community with the story of the importance of the flag.
